      <description>The Workers compensation law guards those employees who are injured and disabled on the job while in the tenure of work. The workers compensation benefits for employees who are both non-military and employed by the federal government are consented by the Federal Employment Compensation Act (FECA). This states that this act considers a disabled employee to receive two thirds of his original monthly income during the disability term and that is not bad.
